Delivery Timescales
We offer prompt delivery of your chosen products right to your doorstep in as little as 3-7 working days. In many cases delivery can be sooner, i.e smaller items by courier - subject to stock availability from our suppliers.
Delivery Costs
We have three categories of products - small, medium, and large, each priced for delivery via courier, van, or pallet. Examples are below...
£4.95
Examples include smaller items, taps, shower valves, radiator valves sent on our parcel couriers.
£9.95
Examples include medium sized products i.e toilet seats, mirrors, heated towel rails. This category is sent using a courier service.
£24.95
These are larger items i.e baths, shower doors, ceramics, vanity units & trays, sent to you on a palletised service.
Split Deliveries
Depending on the products, It is often the case your order will be split into a small courier delivery and a home delivery by vehicle or using a pallet service. Our couriers will text/email to let you know when you shall receive the smaller parcel(s)
Pallet Deliveries
Depending on the product ordered, it may delivered on a pallet, this may be a 'a frame type' as pictured. The drivers are not insured to carry goods inside for you. This is a KERBSIDE delivery only. Please make sure your location is able to receive goods safely from a heavy goods vehicle.
This type of delivery will be booked in with you beforehand. You will need to dispose of the pallet.
Delivery Areas
Our delivery charges and timescales apply to Mainland U.K. We can provide pricing for UK islands such as the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Wight/Man. Please contact us and we can give you a price.

Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

Once we have received your order and it is processed, we shall contact you as soon as possible if any items are out of stock or on a longer than usual lead time.

All delivery items will need to be signed for.

We advise DO NOT book any tradesman or work until you have received your order in full and have checked all items. Please allow plenty of time before any works are booked in or before any start date arranged with your fitter.

All items are delivered KERBSIDE only and can often be delivered on a wooden pallet which you will need to dispose/recycle.

Additional help may be required to take your delivery - for example heavy shower doors, trays & baths.

We request you check all goods within 48 Hours of delivery to make sure they are correct or any visual signs of damage. (Replacements take time to organise)
