Returns Info
Once you have received your last item of your order, you can cancel your order within 14 days with no charge. We then ask you to return the item to us within 10 days. We do not offer a collection service from you.

Return an Unwanted Item:
1. Please fill out our returns form below.
2. You will receive a return reference number,
3. Please ensure all goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging unopened
4. Do not write or attach any label on the box itself
5. Please arrange postage for smaller items & a courier for larger items ie. ceramics or shower doors. Returns are done so by your own expense, send to our address below. Please enclose your name, address & order number.
6. Once we receive the item back and it is checked, we shall authorise a refund to you within 7 working days.

Return a Damaged Item
1. We must be informed with 48 hours of delivery for any damage to a product
2. Please fill out our returns form, select damage option. Upload a clear photo of the damage attached to the form.
3. Do not write or attach any label on the box itself
5. Please arrange postage for smaller items & a courier for larger items ie. ceramics or shower doors. Please enclose your name, address & order number. Returns are done so by your own expense, send to our address below.
6. Once we receive the item back and it is checked, we or our delivery partner shall contact you promptly to arrange delivery of a replacement to you.
